About My Clients
I have experience working with children, adolescents and adults. I have worked with individuals who struggle with anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, self-esteem issues, and trauma. I use a variety of therapeutic approaches, including Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Somatic Therapy, Client Centered, and Strengths-Based.
My Background and Approach
“There is no greater agony than bearing an untold story inside you.” – Maya Angelou There are times in all of our lives where we can use support. I recognize the decision to begin therapy can often be a difficult one. It’s hard to ask for help! I believe that therapy is a collaborative approach between the client and the therapist. My role as a therapist is to walk alongside you as you begin to explore your previous trauma, engage in self-exploration, and find true healing. I aim to provide a judgment free zone, where individuals can be their authentic selves.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I truly believe that each individual person has their own set of therapy needs. Together, we can work to identify those needs and incorporate them into our therapeutic journey. I look forward to sitting by your side and helping cultivate an atmosphere for exploration and change. With your awareness, you are already making progress.
