I am a certified Body Trust provider, I work from a Health at Every Size, Intuitive Eating, Body Liberation lens. I can provide support for recovery work from eating and body issues.
Anxiety
Anxiety and mood issues as well as related trauma work are a large part of my practice. I offer self compassion skills and utilize Internal Family Systems work, as well as Art Therapy to address anxiety.
