About My Clients
I have experience working with various issues including depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, self-worth/identity, family/marital conflict, and life transitions. I work with individuals, couples, and families. I am very passionate about working with children, adolescents, women, and young adults.
My Background and Approach
I am currently under supervision to gain my full licensure. I have training in trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy and Acceptance and Commitment therapy. I work from a humanistic and person centered approach. I want to help people be their most true selves throughout the course of our time together.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am a strong ally for the LGBTQI population. I also enjoy working with child serving, female, and domestic violence agencies. I believe in standing up for racial indiscretions.
