About My Clients
I work with adults of all ages. My focus is on working with clients who experience depression, anxiety, life stress/transitions, or have a history of trauma. I take a collaborative approach to treatment and am committed to using a strengths-based perspective to support my clients in building the skills that will help them achieve their goals. I have a direct, validating, and supportive style in session.
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor of Mental Health (LPCMH) who earned my Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology from West Chester University of Pennsylvania. I have served in numerous roles in community mental health including a behavioral health specialist, mobile therapist, outpatient therapist, as well as conducting psychological evaluations for children and adolescents under the supervision of a licensed psychologist. I have a wide range of clinical experience working with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, autism, and adjustment to life transitions. In my practice, I implement techniques from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), attachment-focused therapy, and mindfulness. I take a collaborative approach to treatment and am committed to using a strengths-based perspective to support her clients in building the skills that will help them achieve their goals.
