About My Clients

I work with couples, adults, and families navigating anxiety, body image, disordered eating, family stress, and identity challenges. Many of my clients are high-functioning but emotionally overwhelmed. I also support individuals using GLP-1 medications, helping them explore the emotional and behavioral aspects of body changes, appetite, and self-worth in a nonjudgmental, trauma-informed space.

My Background and Approach

My work is grounded in evidence-based practices, including family systems, psycho dynamic, and solution-focused approaches, all delivered through a culturally responsive lens. I believe that healing happens in relationship, whether that’s with a therapist, a parent, or yourself. Clients often tell me they appreciate my direct but warm style, my ability to make space for the messy parts, and the sense of safety they feel in session. I’m licensed in California and North Carolina and offer online therapy for individuals and families. If you're looking for a therapist who can hold complexity, honor your unique experience, and help you move toward meaningful change, I’d love to hear from you.
