Maybe this change came out of nowhere, maybe it's something you’re anticipating, or maybe, now that you’re in it, things just aren’t going as planned. Everything around you feels different, and you’re struggling to find balance. Or maybe you’re different, no one seems to have noticed, and you feel lonely and disconnected. You may even be wondering how you got here, where you’re going, and who you are. I want to help you feel more grounded and less alone as we make sense of your new reality.
My Background and Approach
I know from personal experience that changes of any kind – big or small, planned for or unexpected – can be destabilizing. I also believe they can be opportunities for introspection, healing, and growth. My goal is to provide the support you need to slow down, look inward, and ultimately move forward. As your therapist, I’ll approach our work with a combination of clinical skill, compassion, and curiosity. Together, we’ll explore how your past has shaped your present. We’ll try out new ways of thinking, behaving, and relating. And we’ll face change together as we work towards greater meaning and connection in your life and relationships.
