My Background and Approach
My clients enjoy having therapy that’s down to earth & highly specialized to their own unique needs. Of course many traditional counseling techniques are in the mix, but also added in are somatics (body awareness), artistic expression and bite size bits of homework that help clients process in between sessions. You can be at ease while discussing difficult topics with me as your therapist. I’m supportive and nonjudgmental.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that all persons deserve the right to seek therapy that is ultimately based upon their desired life framework... whatever that may entail. I support self-acceptance and self-expression.
