About My Clients
I enjoy working with individuals, especially Black women, who are struggling with anxiety, depression, and religious or spiritual issues. As well as individuals who are experiencing major life transitions. My focus is to work with adults ages 18 and up.
My Background and Approach
My approach to therapy is open, kind, warm and inquisitive. I like to learn about not only what’s wrong, but also what’s working in your life. I use CBT, ACT and Mindfulness approaches in session and use humor to address uncomfortable truths.
