I am a licensed master social worker and therapist. As a therapist, I offer a warm, non-judgmental space for anyone who seeks insight, balance and growth at their current stage in life. I specialize in unique challenges faced by the BIPOC community. My approach is person-centered and strengths-based, as I focus on supporting my clients with the best skills and strategies that fit their specific needs. As a therapist, I bring a sense of calmness, compassion and empathy. I specialize life transitions, Anxiety, Depression, Self-Esteem, Finding Your Passion, Identity, Racial Trauma, Stress Management, Parenting, Family Communication, Grief and Loss. As a therapist, I utilize modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Narrative Therapy, Attachment-based Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy.

Therapy is a gift that helps one gain clarity around their personal challenges. Everyone deserves happiness and fulfillment in all areas of life. As your mental health cheerleader, I want to help guide your healing process so that you can experience personal success in areas of life you feel are suffering. As a social worker, my goal and passion is to clear any uncertainty or doubt and help lead you to a path of confidence and clarity in life. I personally want to be your sounding board when no one else is listening. As a change agent, my goal is to help my clients gain peace of mind. For some, this may be even closure and others, starting new beginnings. Let’s work together to replace negative thoughts with positive, more productive patterns of thinking.
