I am a fully licensed Mental Health Counselor specializing in treating anxiety, depression, Borderline Personality Disorder skills maintenance, and Adult ADHD skill building. My approach is client centered, using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral informed care, and Motivational Interviewing while providing a safe and confidential space. I work with female Adults, and adolescents (15-17) who are seeking to become the best versions of themselves.
