My Background and Approach
I was born and raised in Bronx, New York. I currently reside in Georgia. I was raised with a vested interest in mental health and I feel there is a need to prioritize mental health care. I am a great listener and I am receptive and committed to change and betterment. I utilize CBT and SFT in my approach.
