About My Clients

Maybe from the outside, it looks like you’re holding it all together. But inside, you feel overwhelmed, touched out, or like you’ve lost parts of yourself. I work with women who love their families yet feel exhausted by the mental and emotional load. Together, we can slowly unpack what you’ve been carrying, understand yourself more deeply, and create space for your needs, so you can feel more grounded, connected, and less alone.

My Background and Approach

My background includes working in both university and community counseling settings, where I’ve had the chance to support people in a variety of life stages and challenges. I hold a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, and my approach is thoughtfully integrative. In our work together, I draw from both different perspectives, but more importantly, I focus on what fits you. That means we’ll tailor our work to your unique needs, experiences, and goals rather than trying to fit you into a one-size-fits-all approach. My aim is to create a space that feels supportive, collaborative, and responsive to you as a whole person.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe that each person already has the capacity for growth and self-understanding it’s often just about having the right space to explore it. I approach therapy with deep respect for your unique story, knowing that no two paths look the same. Our work together is a collaboration. You’ll have space to be open, honest, and fully yourself while we gently explore what’s been shaping your experiences. I draw from a mix of approaches, including cognitive-behavioral tools and insights around development and family dynamics, but always with flexibility so the work feels meaningful and relevant to you. Above all, my goal is to create a space that feels safe, compassionate, and free of judgment where you can feel heard, understood, and supported as you move toward a more authentic and fulfilling way of being.
