About My Clients
I have a history of working with clients who have experienced anxiety and depression, relationship issues, low self-esteem/insecurity, trauma, and anger management issues. I believe in walking alongside my clients to help support and encourage them to overcome their struggles on their own. I will meet you where you are, and work with you at a pace that feels comfortable to you.
My Background and Approach
Since we are all unique, I believe that counseling is not "one size fits all," and I pull from multiple theories in order to tailor my approach to fit each client. I also view each client from a wellness or holistic perspective in which your emotional, physical, spiritual, social, occupational, and environmental needs will be taken into consideration. I love watching my clients overcome life's challenges by finding inner strength that they never knew they had. My goal is to provide a warm and encouraging environment for you to share your story and to help you to find the strength to overcome your struggles.
