My Background and Approach
I am a mental health therapist, business consultant & coach with more than 20 years of business experience and 5 years counseling experience. I hold a certification in dialectal behavioral therapy in additional to my masters in business administration and psychology. I am working towards my trauma certification. My experience includes counseling with an emphasis on prevention and to promote optimum mental health. I strive to bring an effective blend of experience, expertise, and clarity to the counseling process in order to maximize outcomes and provide genuine healing from within. With a blend of acumen and experience, I help those in professional roles create paradigm shifts that end in measurable results for their businesses and careers. Whether it is career advancement strategies or business & leadership development concepts, I realize a healthy mind is the first step in achieving one’s full potential.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I decided to became a mental health practitioner after working with the social service field and then working and becoming an entrepreneur myself. I realized the pressures - stress, burnout to name a few that came with holding these positions. I believe that in order to pour into ours we must ensure that our glass is full by taking care of ourselves - physically, spiritually, and mentally.
