About My Clients
You may look like you're holding it all together on the outside while feeling overwhelmed on the inside. I work with adolescents, adults, and couples navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, stress, and self-esteem. If you're looking for a therapist who offers compassion, authenticity, and practical tools for lasting change, Willow Haven Counseling provides a safe, supportive space where healing and growth can begin.
My Background and Approach
I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor (LPC-S) with a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Wilmington University. Since 2017, I've had the privilege of helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life's most difficult seasons. I specialize in anxiety, trauma, relationship concerns, life transitions, stress, and self esteem, using a compassionate, trauma-informed approach that integrates evidence-based practices, mindfulness, and somatic techniques. Every client is unique, so I tailor therapy to your individual needs, helping you better understand yourself, build practical coping skills, strengthen resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe everyone deserves a space where they feel safe, respected, and accepted exactly as they are. My goal is to create an environment where you don't have to hide parts of yourself or have everything figured out before asking for help. I value authenticity, compassion, and meeting people where they are, and I'm honored to walk alongside clients from all backgrounds as they heal, grow, and rediscover their own strength. At Willow Haven Counseling, I strive to make very person feel genuinely seen, heard, and supported. I believe healing happens through connection, acceptance, and self-compassion - not perfection.
