About My Clients
I often work with people who don’t fit neatly into categories. They often feel like their lives or coping mechanisms no longer suit them. They may be going through life transitions including a new job, marriage, pregnancy or a recent loss. Some have been suffering from serious symptoms including self-harm, suicidal thoughts, or disassociation.
My Background and Approach
I use a combination of Existential-Humanstic, psychodynamic psychotherapy and EMDR to help treat a number of issues. My style is accepting and nonjudgmental. Together, we will find an approach that works best for you.
