My Background and Approach
After traveling the world as a full time missionary for over ten years, I was able to experience the complexities of assessing, diagnosing, and treating clients from many different backgrounds, cultures, languages, and needs. I have had the opportunity to work in settings specializing in various disorders and issues from Africa to Ecuador, and from California to Argentina. I have also been able to work within communities, churches and municipalities as part of programs such as Head Start, COPS Grants (high risk schools and communities), and “Nueva Generación” (abstinence program for public schools), amongst others.
