About My Clients
My clients are often high-functioning adults who feel overwhelmed, anxious, or mentally exhausted beneath the surface. Many struggle with overthinking, people-pleasing, ADHD, or relationship stress and want help setting boundaries, improving communication, and feeling more grounded. They’re looking for support that feels validating, practical, and collaborative—without pressure to have everything figured out right away.
My Background and Approach
I am a licensed clinical social worker with six years of post-graduate experience, holding an LMSW in Michigan and an LCSW in Oregon and Nevada. I work primarily with adults and young adults, including women, parents, professionals, military members, and individuals navigating ADHD, anxiety, and relationship concerns. My approach to therapy is collaborative, gentle, and supportive, while also being intentional and goal-oriented. I incorporate psychoeducation and skill-building to help clients better understand why they feel the way they do and how to create meaningful change in their daily lives. I believe therapy should feel both validating and productive—offering space to feel heard while also gaining insight, clarity, and confidence. Sessions move at a pace that feels comfortable, with a focus on practical tools, reflection, and sustainable growth.
