Together, we identify patterns of behavior that no longer serve you, and incorporate new ways of thinking.

As an experienced Codependency and Life Transitions therapist, AND a child of Soviet Jewish immigrants from Ukraine, I believe that I have the skills as well as the shared history to truly understand your unique challenges.
