About My Clients
I specialize in helping adults who are struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and difficulty coping with life's demands. My ideal client is someone who is tired of feeling stuck and is motivated to make meaningful changes, even if they're unsure where to begin. I believe therapy is a collaborative process where we work together to understand what's getting in the way of the life you want.
My Background and Approach
I graduated with my Masters of Arts Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2017 from Grace University. Since then, I've continued building my skills through advanced training in EMDR therapy and Brainspotting therapy to help people work through trauma. I believe we do our best when every part of our lives is cared for. That means paying attention not just to your mental and emotional well-being, but also to your physical health, your spiritual life (if that's important to you), and the relationships that shape who you are. The way we connect with ourselves and the people around us has a big impact on how we feel, and I believe those connections are an important part of creating lasting change.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe everyone is capable of change, growth, and healing. No matter what you've experienced or where you are in life, you have the ability to move toward a healthier, more fulfilling future. I also believe that mental health is just as important as physical health, and investing in your emotional well-being is one of the most meaningful gifts you can give yourself and the people you love. My role is to provide a safe, supportive space where you feel heard, challenged, and encouraged as you work toward the life you want. Together, we'll build on your strengths, develop practical tools, and create lasting change at a pace that feels right for you.
