It's important to recognize that being strong doesn't mean being invincible, and everyone needs to take care of themselves in order to function at their best. Ignoring mental and emotional needs can lead to feelings of burnout, anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues.

I have been in the mental health field for over 15 years and really take pride in my genuine desire to help people move forward in life.
