My approach is holistic and patient-centered, combining psychotherapy and medication management to create personalized treatment plans. I strive to provide a supportive and transparent space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to take control of their mental health journey.
My Background and Approach
I am a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with a background in both medical and psychiatric nursing. I earned my Associate’s, Bachelor’s, and Master’s degrees in nursing, gaining experience at Elmhurst Hospital and New York Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist. Over the past three years, I have specialized in treating psychiatric conditions, focusing on depression, anxiety, mood disorders, and behavioral therapy. My treatment approach integrates evidence-based psychotherapy techniques like CBT, CPT, and mindfulness with medication management to provide comprehensive care. I offer telehealth services Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, ensuring accessible and confidential mental health support.
