I take an evidence-based, integrated approach to individual and marriage counseling that considers the importance of your mental, spiritual, physical, and interpersonal health. In other words, when we work together, we'll be focusing on the whole you so that you're getting the most benefit out of therapy possible. My pledge to you is that our time will be spent working toward your goals as effectively and efficiently as possible. After all, your time is valuable! So, the faster I can help you heal and grow, the sooner you get to start living the life you've always wanted. My practice is fully online, meaning you and your spouse will have the flexibility to meet with me from wherever is most comfortable for you. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As a practicing Catholic, I can offer a unique, faith-based perspective to Catholic and Christian couples and individuals. I believe that the most effective way to improve your mental health is by considering the needs of the whole person: body, mind, and soul. Outside of the therapy office, I'm a wife, mother, avid reader, amateur baker, and former college soccer player.
