About My Clients

Many people I meet feel stuck in cycles of anxiety, anger, or disconnection. I strive to create a space where you don’t have to have it all together; you can show up as you are. Together, we will work toward clarity, steadier emotions, and healthier connections that feel true to who you are.

My Background and Approach

My approach is collaborative and practical. You’ll leave with tools you can apply right away, along with the confidence to create a steadier, authentic life. I work with men and women (ages 15+) with a focus on men’s mental health, supporting those facing major transitions such as career or school stress, parenting demands, or balancing work and family.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

Outside of sessions, I recharge by spending time outdoors, whether on the water, walking trails, or enjoying the sun. I also enjoy staying active through fitness, which keeps me energized and focused. Most of all, I treasure time with my growing family, whose presence reminds me daily of the importance of balance and connection.
