About My Clients
Many of the people I work with look like they’re holding it together on the outside but feel overwhelmed underneath. They may be dealing with anxiety, stress, burnout, life changes, or past experiences that still show up day to day. Therapy with me is relaxed and collaborative—a steady place to sort things out, learn useful tools, and move forward with more clarity and confidence. If this sounds like something you may be interested in, please don't hesitate to reach out!
My Background and Approach
My path into therapy is shaped both by professional training and lived experience. As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker and a Veteran, I understand how stress, responsibility, and past experiences can continue to affect everyday life. My work is grounded in creating a space that feels steady, respectful, and free from judgment so you can speak openly and feel understood. My approach is collaborative and practical. I integrate evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, trauma-informed care, mindfulness, and strengths-based work. Rather than a one-size-fits-all method, sessions are tailored to your goals and values. We focus on understanding patterns, developing useful coping skills, and building lasting change you can carry into daily life. I aim to balance supportive conversation with concrete tools so therapy feels both meaningful and useful.
