About My Clients
Do you ever feel stuck—like life has pulled you off track, or you’re not becoming the person you truly want to be? Maybe you feel lost, weighed down by anxiety or sadness, or are unsure of how to move forward. You don’t have to figure it out alone. Reaching out is a big step, and my goal is to make the process feel safe, supportive, and collaborative. I welcome and look forward to working with diverse experiences.
My Background and Approach
My approach integrates Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Person-Centered Therapy. Together, we’ll explore the different parts of yourself, build understanding and compassion for each of them, and develop the tools and skills you need to move closer to your goals. In our work, you are the expert on your life, and I serve as a guide—providing a safe, non-judgmental space, along with experience, perspective, and practical strategies to help you navigate challenges.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe each of us has a true self at our core, but life’s challenges can sometimes cause us to lose touch with it. The pressures of the world can pull us off course, leaving us feeling lost and uncertain. I’ve experienced this myself, and through my own therapy journey—working through depression and anxiety—I discovered both healing and purpose, which ultimately led me to becoming a therapist. That experience taught me the importance of having someone who truly understands, respects, cares for, and values you as a unique person. This is the foundation of my approach: to consistently honor and support each person I work with in a way that reflects their worth and individuality.
