About My Clients
I work with teens and adults navigating challenges such as trauma, anxiety, depression, Bipolar Disorder, and Borderline Personality Disorder. Being hard of hearing myself, I bring lived experience and sensitivity to working with people who live with disabilities. In addition to individual therapy, I offer couples counseling. My approach emphasizes communication, emotional connection, and practical tools to strengthen relationships.
My Background and Approach
Every person is capable of meaningful change, even when life feels overwhelming. Many of the individuals I see struggle with feelings of “not being enough,” often measuring their worth against the expectations of society or others. In therapy, I help clients rewrite these stories and uncover their innate value. Through a blend of therapeutic approaches—ranging from cognitive and narrative techniques to mindfulness practices—I provide a safe, collaborative space where healing and self-discovery can take place. I have previously supported individuals in crisis through my work at Crisis Connections, where I completed ASIST suicide intervention training. Outside of work, I enjoy reading, writing, walks with my partner, and caring for Francis, my axolotl, whose tank you may glimpse in the background during sessions.
