About My Clients
I work with teens through adults (ages 13 and up) who are navigating anxiety, depression, OCD, disordered eating, body image concerns, self-esteem, grief, emotional overwhelm, and life transitions. Therapy can provide a place to make sense of what you are experiencing, understand the patterns underneath it, and develop practical tools that help you feel more grounded and confident moving forward.
My Background and Approach
I strive to create a space where you feel safe, heard, understood, and accepted as you are. My approach is warm, genuine, collaborative, and person-centered. I believe you are the expert on your own experiences, and my role is to come alongside you with curiosity, compassion, and support as we figure out what will best help you reach your goals. At the same time, I believe therapy can be both supportive and active. I integrate evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), tailoring our work to your individual needs rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach.
