Many of my clients have recently experienced a life change that is causing them to re-examine the present sense of who they are. They may be finding themselves engaging in unhealthy patterns and struggling to pull themselves out of them. They may seeking be support because they are feeling stuck, burned out, overwhelmed, and exhausted as they carry the weight of one, or all of these experiences. I use a gentle, strength-based approach to cultivate a therapeutic experience that is flexible, collaborative, and grounded in what is important to you. Together, we will work to better understand your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, as well as address any patterns that you feel may be inhibiting your ability to reach your goals.
