About My Clients
I work with adult clients who are interested in improving their mental health, creating structure or who would like accountability in their personal goals. If you are experiencing persistent stress, anxiety, burnout, have experienced trauma or are otherwise looking to build a clinical support system, I am happy to meet with you and determine if my therapeutic style is in alignment with your needs.
My Background and Approach
I have a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Masters in Social Work. I have a certification in animal assisted social work. I have experience working with clients in a short term residential treatment center focused on substance abuse treatment, in resource navigation and in individual therapy treating adults in a variety of diagnoses. Some diagnostic areas I have experience with are anxiety, depression, adjustment/life transitions, insomnia, borderline personality disorder, ADHD, and Bipolar.
