About My Clients
I specialize in working with children, teens, and young adults who are wrestling with anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, eating disorders, and self-esteem related issues. I have a special interest in play therapy, attachment styles, and internal family systems (IFS) work.
My Background and Approach
I am trained in trauma-informed art therapy, and I am dedicated to a therapeutic intervention that is rooted in nurturance. I continually strive to create a calming and empathetic environment where you feel safe and grounded. As such, I utilize talk, art, and play therapy in addition to parts-based work to facilitate healing. I often define therapy as a process of welcoming home parts of self that have been set aside or forgotten. It is through this process that an integrated and compassionate self can be reborn.
