About My Clients
I believe that every human is inherently good and worthy. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, or major life transitions, I am here to help you rediscover the goodness inside of you. I work with women and couples to help them get to know the important parts of themselves and how those parts might be making it difficult for them to be their truest selves.
My Background and Approach
Maybe part of you makes it hard for you to feel confident about your body or there’s a part that triggers your childhood trauma every time you try to engage with your partner. Maybe you are in a relationship where both of you trigger different parts of each other and you feel like you’re going in circles. I will help you identify the parts that are impacting your life, discover what those parts need, and help you find your way back to your truest, most confident, and compassionate self.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that your truest, inner-most self is trustworthy and untouched by the difficult things you have been through. My job is not to tell you what to believe, how to act, what to choose. My job is to help guide you back to that inner-most self and discover what kind of life you want to live. I will help you work through the difficult parts of you that make it challenging to understand your truth. I grew up in a high-demand religion (Mormonism) and understand the impact of religious trauma and the patriarchy. I identify as bi-sexual and am an active ally to the LGBTQ community. I support Black Lives Matter and have done a lot of personal work to understand how to be a better ally to the Black community and elevate Black voices. I know I always have more to learn in these areas and try to keep myself open to new information and experiences.
