About My Clients
**Please note, I will be out of the office from 4/17-5/5/24. I will respond to all inquiries shortly after my return to the office. I enjoy working with clients navigating life transitions, burnout, anxiety, codependency, as well as clients who want to know themselves on a deeper level. There does not have to be a crisis to gain additional support and insight. I am passionate about working with the LGBTQ+ community and I welcome the exploration of self-identity and fully embodied living.
My Background and Approach
In my work with clients, I do not use a “one size fits all" approach. I am relational and utilize trauma-informed practices. I also integrate mindfulness, grounding, and somatic approaches in my work with clients. I am a NARM therapist and also provide consultation and supervision for fellow therapists.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that we are all wired for interpersonal connection, and connection can bring challenges. I look forward to supporting clients in connecting, being, and healing.
