My goal in therapy is to create a safe and inclusive environment that supports your growth. Additionally, through a compassionate and collaborative approach, my aim is to help you examine current coping strategies and explore new approaches to deal with stressors that you are currently facing. I use a feedback informed approach to tailor my approach to your presenting needs. Depending on your needs, I may incorporate modalities such as ACT, DBT, and CBT.
