About My Clients

Are you experiencing stress related to transitions, navigating family relationships, or identifying your own goals? Are you looking for a space to process your own needs and explore prior patterns of relating to yourself or others in your life that you'd like to change? If so, we may be a clinical fit! My goal is to support young adults and people in early adulthood navigating these questions with curiosity. This might feel scary or overwhelming- I'm here to partner with you.

My Background and Approach

I believe that all therapeutic work is relational: I am here to listen, offer reflections, and work to earn your trust while engaging in the therapeutic process. I practice from an anti-oppressive model and often engage in active reflections that look beyond immediate symptoms. I also utilize skill-building support from DBT and CBT lenses when helpful. My approach is eclectic and draws from an understanding around assessment of considering all of the factors (biological, environmental, etc) that make you, you! My approach is highly relational and collaborative, and I aim to bring my authentic self into the therapeutic space while centering your needs and goals. I have experience working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, stressors related to life transitions, gender/identity exploration and supporting with individuals exploring their own attachment style and how that impacts their current relationship with themselves and others.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

As part of the therapeutic relationship, I believe there are constant forces at play that are impacted by my identity. Therefore, I oftentimes find it helpful to explicitly share how I identity. I identify as a white, cisgender female (she/her). I also am deeply committed to anti-racist and anti-oppressive practice and strive to continually engage in conversation and my own personal reflection around ways that my identity may be present in a therapeutic relationship. I recognize the variety of political, social, economic and racial forces that are a part of every day life, and am here to create space to understand your experiences of them.
