Caitlyn is a social worker with experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and couples. She uses a mix of EMDR therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused therapy to provide insight and healing to a variety of needs, such as trauma, depression, anxiety, and several other health issues.
