About My Clients
I enjoy working with individuals who struggle with stress, burnout, anxiety, depression, and work-life balance. Empowering clients to understand their own worth within the session is one of the main goals of my approach to counseling. My counseling method is calm and gentle, creating an inviting atmosphere where clients feel comfortable to share.
