About My Clients

I feel a kinship working with my fellow highly-sensitive introverts who wrestle with finding purpose and meaning in their lives. I am also interested in supporting those struggling with anxiety disorders and ADHD. ButI generally love working with all types of people, and if I am not the best fit for you, I’ll do my best to connect you with someone who is.

My Background and Approach

I try to integrate a person-centered approach with aspects of Internal Family Systems (IFS) informed Parts Work and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I am first and foremost a great listener, and my main hope is to help clients radically accept who and where they are within their unique path toward wholeness. My style is characterized by warmth, genuineness, and humor, and I aim to use my own difficulties as a complex human to be a knowledgeable and creative resource for my clients.

I have experience with the following
  • Agnosticism
  • Atheism
  • Buddhism
  • Christianity
  • Taoism
  • Wicca/Paganism
