About My Clients

I work with women, femmes & couples. My hope is for you to become empowered to be your authentic self. Life can be hard. Relationships of all kinds come with challenges. This can be particularly true for those of us who’ve experienced lots of trauma. You deserve to live fully and freely, to express yourself, and to be heard. I hope to also help you reconnect to your body, your sexuality, and your pleasure, whatever that means for you. You deserve a fulfilling life and a fulfilling relationship.

My Background and Approach

I understand what it's like to struggle with feeling lost, depressed, confused, burnt out, grief-stricken, and disconnected from myself and others. As a child, I became a caretaker for those around me out of necessity in an environment that often wasn’t safe. I learned at a young age to put my true self away to protect myself. I know how it feels to make yourself small, hide pieces of who you are, and feel invisible. I want to meet you where you are and hold space where you can safely explore who you are, be curious, find compassion for yourself, release shame, and move toward healing and growth. ’ll help you identify patterns and cycles you likely developed to keep you safe, and figure out what serves you and where you are ready for release. I’ll be there to offer a new perspective, practical tools, radical acceptance, and a gentle push when you need it.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe healing is possible for each of us when we have a safer space to explore ourselves and our experiences, free from shame and judgment. I approach therapy from a trauma-informed, neurodivergent affirming, queer affirming, sex positive, and non-monogamy affirming lens. I employ an integrative, person-centered approach incorporating existential therapy, feminist psychology, cognitive behavioral aspects, polyvagal theory, somatic exercises, mindfulness, and art therapy. There is no “one-size-fits-all” therapeutic orientation and I will do my best to incorporate theories and modalities that are best suited to your needs. I find this holistic approach invaluable in the process of healing and reconnecting with your vitality and unique self-expression. I’m honored to walk alongside you.
