I am passionate about working through disordered eating, confronting anxiety, navigating life transitions, problem-solving in relationships, working through past experiences with family, and boosting self-worth.
I am an eclectic therapist and pull ideas from cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, relational cultural feminist theory, interpersonal therapy, mindfulness-based interventions, and solution-focused therapy. I incorporate all of these theories into my counseling work and work to find what works best for my clients.
Having experience with diverse groups of people and personal mental health struggles make me a down to earth and realistic therapist for my clients. I am flexible, humorous, and try my best to make our therapy space welcoming and judgment-free.
