About My Clients

I believe everyone is extraordinary and has what they need to heal trauma and transform their life. Working with me, I guide the process of healing the nervous system and resolving stuck feelings.

My Background and Approach

When the coping we’ve used to convince ourselves and the world that we are okay stop working, this means that we are ready for lasting change We change when we are able to shift out of survival mode into the felt sense that “everything is okay now.” This doesn’t come through positive thinking, changing behavior, or adopting new mindsets. These things often come afterward, as result of a healed nervous system. Working together, I help guide the process of bringing the body out of hyper-stress mode and resolving the stuck feelings of fear and loneliness. As this unfolds, we experience life with security, confidence, and more joy.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

Therapy and healing from trauma isn’t woo woo, magic, or quick-tip positive thinking. It’s neuroscience, proven effective and backed by decades of research. (Which is a bit magical if you ask me)
