About My Clients

Caitlin's clients are a diverse range of adults that may have experiences such as anxiety, depression, and relationship difficulties. They may struggle with high worry, low self esteem, or lots of self doubt. They may want to increase meaningful relationships or decrease conflict in their life, but not know where to start. As a therapist, Caitlin helps clients live according to their values without difficult symptoms holding them back.

My Background and Approach

Caitlin values the healing power of human connection. In her work, she strives to create a warm, collaborative environment where clients can safely express their experiences. Clients may learn about their lives, inner resources, and potential through concrete coping skills, creative art approaches, and exploring early relationships.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

Caitlin firmly believes that human suffering cannot be isolated from forces of oppression, global capitalism, and white supremacy. These factors influence all helpers and clients in various ways. To create an intentionally safe and healing space in the world, Caitlin remains dedicated to donating time and resources to the Black Lives Matter movement, LGTBQ visibility and inclusion, disability protection and inclusion, and Indigenous rights activists. Caitlin also believes that each client possesses inherent strengths and talents. Just as we all endure unique struggles, each person also has inner resources that can help them heal and grow.
