I specialize in individual work with client aged 4+ as well as families of all ages wanting to process through life transitions, identity, relationship issues, trauma, grief and loss, anxiety, and depression.
My Background and Approach
My approach to therapy is relational, collaborative, and engaged. I’m not simply curious about what you want to experience less of (anxiety, depression, conflict), I also hope to discover what you want to see more of (connection, joy, purpose). I am dedicated to making the human experience both constructive and meaningful for my clients by creating a warm therapeutic environment in which they can experience growth, empowerment, and support.

I believe that the capacity for resilience is inherent in all of us and that you are much more capable and complex than just the symptoms or systems that brought you here.
