About My Clients
I love working with college students and young adults navigating the transition into adulthood. College can feel overwhelming as you face new independence and responsibility for your future. After graduation, entering the workforce brings an entirely new set of pressures and expectations. I support clients in easing that stress, finding balance, and building a path that feels both successful and fulfilling.
My Background and Approach
I’ve always wanted to work with people and help them build confidence. Even as a child, I was drawn to noticing what others did well and celebrating it so they felt seen and included. During college, I initially pursued teaching, but wanted a deeper connection without limited time to support growth—I wanted to center my work entirely on helping individuals discover their true potential and become their best selves. After earning my BA and spending a year exploring my path, I found my calling in becoming an LCSW. While I love working with college students and young adults, I value and enjoy supporting individuals of all backgrounds and needs. I strive to make therapy a safe space where you can be your true, unfiltered self. There are no limits to what we can explore together. I use an Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Motivation Interviewing, and Narrative Therapy approach to help identify your goals and collaborate on meaningful steps toward them.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe in meeting each individual with acceptance, respect, and genuine curiosity about who they are and what they value. I view the therapeutic relationship as mutual and collaborative, where I can learn from my clients as much as I support them. Grounded in an ACT approach, I strive to fully accept each person while committing to being a consistent source of support, validation, and encouragement. Through mutual respect and understanding, I believe confidence can grow and be sustained.
