My Background and Approach
I believe that everyone deserves and has the ability to lead a happy and fulfilling life. My philosophy is rooted in the belief that mental and emotional well-being are integral to overall health, and that therapy can be a powerful tool for achieving this balance. My style is collaborative. We’re a team. I’ll challenge you when you need it, support you when things get heavy, and I’ll never throw around psychobabble just to sound smart. Instead, we’ll focus on making meaningful change in small, doable steps: setting boundaries that don’t feel impossible, managing anxiety without needing a panic attack survival kit, and navigating relationships without losing yourself.
