Topics I address in therapy include life transitions, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, addiction, and low self esteem. I have a master's level intern who works with me to provide low fee services.
My Background and Approach
I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Addictions Counselor with over 10 years of experience in the mental health and addiction field. My therapeutic style is rooted in CBT, DBT, ACT, and Narrative Therapy. I move throughout these modalities to utilize what best works for you. I strive to create an open environment for processing and exploration.
