In my practice I tend to focus on mindfulness so that you can learn to exist fully in the present moment, as well as improving interpersonal relationships so that you can feel more deeply connected to yourself and those you care about. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that we all have the ability to make change in our lives but sometimes we need help to do so. While I may have expertise in my field, It is important to me to acknowledge that my clients are the experts of their own experiences. I believe it is the job of therapists to ensure that their clients feel heard and understood.
