About My Clients
I have a passion for working with members of the transgender and gender diverse community, as well as folks who are interested in exploring their gender and sexual orientation. As someone who has struggled with severe depression and anxiety, I can also relate to many individuals in a genuine way. I value authenticity and always come to sessions as my authentic self.
My Background and Approach
I approach my work from an anti-oppressive, client-focused lens and utilize evidence-based approaches including EMDR, dialectical behavioral therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, systems theory and motivational interviewing.
