I work primarily with women and couples who, on the outside, appear to have it all together. These people are often successful, high-functioning and highly motivated - and still their own worst critics. Does this sound like you? My Background and Approach
I use a variety of body-based tools including brain spotting, ACT, and IFS or "parts work" to help clients get to know their internal world, connect to their bodies, and heal on a whole new level. This is how I can help you get back to yourSelf; a place where you are genuinely living your life led by curiosity, compassion, clarity, calmness, courage, confidence, creativity, & connectedness. In getting to know ourSelves and by fostering compassion for the complexities that come with being human, we are better able to offer this same compassion to ourSelves and to others.
