Mental health goes beyond healing the mind. It should also seek balance within one's home, work and community life. Whole Health Counseling focuses on the "whole" person. Using the most widely-practiced therapeutic techniques, we want to help you as you work through anxiety, depression, life changes, relationships, grief, or family dynamics.
My Background and Approach
As a former teacher for many years, I saw students, families, and couples struggle and I knew I wanted to of better service to them. As a therapist my goal is to meet you where you are at and develop a plan for success when life throws you a curveball. Whether that be as an individual, couple, family, or even meeting directly with your kid(s), I am here for you.
